In addition to traditional face to face courses, Doral College offers a number of innovative online and hybrid course options. Students may enroll in any mix of online, face to face, and hybrid courses to accommodate their schedules, and many courses are offered in more than one format.
The College offers all student-related services to its online learner population, including the use of three (3) separate help desk options. Students can submit tickets at any time, from any location, and will receive a response an electronic response. In most cases, tickets will be addressed within 24 hours. Longer lead times may be expected on weekends, holidays, and between semesters.

HELP DESK OPTIONS
An Academic Advisor is available at each affiliated high school from which the College enrolls students. Advisors can assist with registration-related issues, and can connect students to additional support from Student Services, if necessary.
